I have a couple users who will randomly receive this error and I have one user who confirmed she receives it every time she prints. After doing some research I saw where in 8.5.1 this error was related to Symantec Endpoint Protection and was fixed with the 8.5 FP1. (The message is below) I figured running this update on 8.5.2 MIGHT fix the issue, however during the install I received a version mismatch error and the install ended. Has anyone else seen this with 8.5.2 and if so what is the fix for it? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.


"0x115 - RTVSCAN is operational and may be holding our memory, exiting. Please restart RTVSCAN or reboot the system"
